He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. These guys came the next day to fix the missing shingles and did it a very reasonable price. At the same time, they noticed many other potential issues on my roof. Unlike a previous contractor that said that I needed to replace the whole roof, he said that the roof was still in good condition and he could repair all of it by just repairing the ridge line. I received a quote the very next day and was on the schedule for the upcoming Wednesday. The work crew was very friendly and completed the roof the same day.
