"I didn’t just get 1 person, I got 3 working on my projects since he came with his 2 brothers which made the project go much faster. I had an idea about what I wanted but he helped design the deck and added beautiful details to make it look better then I had imagined! They worked straight through the heatwave we unfortunately were hit with right on the dates my deck construction was scheduled for, and though I would have understood if they had said they needed to push back the project until the heat wave broke, they just came earlier in the morning each day to be able to still complete the work within the time I had been told! Very impressive. They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted me even though once getting into to project realized that it was going to take a lot more work since the parts of the old deck which they thought could be reused actually needed to be completely redone from scratch… which they said was not my fault so they were not going to change the jobs cost after it had been agreed to, which I thought was very honorable and refreshing. I am very pleased with the final results and absolutely am happy to suggest them for any deck work you might need. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very attentive to the details I wanted them to match to the original houses look. "Kurt does a beautiful job - he's an artist at floors. This was our second time hiring him (the other job was a ceramic tile floor in a very un-square 1885 house where he worked magic) This time he took out the carpet and installed beautiful hardwood floors in our living room & master bedroom. A year later and the floors still look new; they transformed the two rooms he did. Plus he had wood left over and floored a walk-in closet at no cost! Kurt is very easy to work with, as well. "My initial window install (21 windows) had mixed results. 20 windows were installed on day one. 7 of these windows needed to be adjusted on day two (I noticed the problems not the installer). The installers were very friendly and corrected the issues. The wrapping of the external sills was also inconsistent. Wrapping not tacked, cut incorrectly therefore sloping towards the window and lack of caulking. The painters took care of the lack of caulking. I fixed the tacking issues. That being said, I was very happy with Larry's work this past Monday on fixing the first floor bathroom window and for re-cutting the wrapping on the front window that was slopping back into the house. He did an excellent job. Larry clearly articulated the problems and corrected them. I think it would be great if Larry's attention to detail could be passed onto the team that installed my windows. Larry is a great asset for your company."
