He checked the area before starting and found that an additional part would be needed in no time at all and suggested it would be best to replace it before install of a new unit. He was not pushing at all . You can tell he is honest and looking out for the customer. He was very particular about cleaning everything up and hauled away the old toilet. I highly recommend this gentlemen for your plumbing needs."

They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. "Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."

The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
