"Almost 2 years ago, Lee's installed a new heat pump in my house. The techs were great, and the installation experience was smooth. Unforunately, within a month, it broke down. During a hot summer in 2024, I went over a month without A/C while Lee's fixed it temporarily, only to have to break again. And again. Eventually, they pulled the new heat pump out and installed a NEW new heat pump. Again, the actual people coming to my house were great. The communication between the office, the techs, and the customer was shaky, however. It took repeated calls to get someone to come out to do repairs once they'd gotten paid for the system and were now just covering the warranty. It is now April 2026. In March, I came home to find water dripping from my ceiling vents and the heat pump malfunctioning. When I called Lee's, the rep on the phone tried to tell me "that is normal when the A/C is turned back on." Nope. I have been waiting over a month for the right part Lee's says is needed to fix i"

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city.
