We wanted all our solid oak floors refinished and then have new oak floors added in two new additional rooms that were built. This required matching and blending in new wood with 40 year old wood in places. In stark contrast to the general contractor we hired, Juan was very courteous, professional and genuinely took pride in his work. He and his team worked very fast to finish everything in just a few days. He was proactive and checked in with me with any questions he had. I couldn't be happier with the new flooring."

"Came and did what was needed to repair floor that someone else screwed up. Now waiting for him to come back to sand and refinish older original hard wood floor. When out of his way to change date to my requests to come sooner. Very nice trustworthy man. He came back sanded and refinished an original older white oak hardwood floor. 3 coats of varnish. They were doing the first finish on a new white oak hardwood floor for my home addition. Turned out great, color and appearance were just what we wanted. They did some follow up patch work on our existing wood floor to tie in some spots that were exposed as part of the remodel work and turned out great. We had a very good experience, planning to bring them back to refinish the existing floor in the future."

"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."
