Good supervision and execution: the project consisted of installing 1 outdoor security light and drilling a hole to inside to connect to AC-plug outlet inside the house. It works great and was accomplished fast."

"The technicians called before arriving, were on time, neat and professional. They walked around the property with me as I explained what I wanted done, they listened to my questions and helped me make some decisions (like which outdoor light location to use of 2 available). They also provided suggestions about adding lighting to my kitchen and provided an estimate. The work was not done quickly (there was a trainee on the job), but I was confident that all work was overseen and completed correctly. "A bit conflicted on how I feel. First off, the gentlemen who did the work were awesome! Fast, efficient, polite, professional, courteous...outstanding. My problem, however, involves the fact that I purchased the 4 recessed light installation offer after asking SPECIFICALLY if it would cost more to have them also remove the fluorescent light box. The response was "no." I was very clear in my request. However, once the installers arrived and called the office about the light box, I was charged an additional $100 to have the box removed. I was too prepared to have the work done to argue about the additional price, and would LIKELY have paid it up front had they been honest from the get-go. All-in-all, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's the primary reason why I gave them lower scores on professionalism and price. The offer also mentioned a "comprehensive electrical inspection." That is VERY misleading, because all they do is make sure the lights they installed work. Note: their package does NOT include drywall repair, so I have a huge mess in my ceiling and am no looking forward to the added cost of hiring someone to repair that. If you don't have to have any lighting removed, there should be no drywall issues for you, however. I would like to think my experience was an anomaly, so I might consider using them again, as the quality of the work was mostly fine."

"Before the City dug, Ramon moved 12+ feet of stacked rock from around the front flower bed to protect it. After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."
