With respect to that second tree, the tree trimmer said it didn't need trimming at all but went ahead and cut 3 small limbs off as I paid to have the tree trimmed. They were quick and cleaned up 90% of the mess, but left a handful of leaves and small branches scattered through the yard; however the owner of the company cleaned those up on his post work inspection. The communication has been excellent and the punctuality can't be beat."
