"Brian Kozara is a real professional. He spent 2 days evaluating our total electrical systems with pictures of items to be upgraded. He also submitted several quotes for us to select the project we wanted. After selecting our and date to be completed. he showed up on time and completed the project within the parameters he agreed to. He upgraded electrical boxes, major ground Wire, House electrical mast, and GFI outlets. Brian even uses a level to ensure all outlets are installed vertically level. He was very respectful of us and our home. on a scale of 1-5, I would rate him a 10. You can't go wrong with McCormick."

"Radu the owner is fabulous to work with. He is straight forward and does an excellent job. He fit me in when he wasn't going to have an opening for two weeks as he was able to juggle his schedule. He did a 100 percent wire upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. He followed up with AEP to make sure they came out to do their part. We did not have to do anything but write a check when he was done. Note that he also installed a transfer switch for our portable generator. The entire job is 100% professional. We hired another crew from HA a few weeks before to do smaller electrical work. "I purchased a hot tub from someone over a year ago, but didn't get it set in place or wire until recently. After getting it wired, the tub wouldn't fire up. My dad installed a new motor, but we still couldn't get the jets going. I gave Joe a call on Monday he said he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. He even took the time to explain to me how to clean and properly care for my spa since it is my first one. I will definitely give Joe a call for any future hot tub needs.

I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
