"It went very well, they took care of the ants first time, they worked quickly and cleanly. <br /> When we first had the problem and contacted them, the person taking the order was a bit reluctant to assess the situation.  We knew we need an expert to find out exactly what was invading our house (we had a large tree come down in the yard several months back and apparently this often leads to large ants looking for a new place to live).  Anyway once I got straight with her that we understood that if it was something other than ants we may need to pay more! As it turns out, we did catch some animals, and when I called they promptly arrived to take the cage away. They even came on the weekend to cage the traps outside while the facility was closed. They also took the time to walk around the building with me and show me where they think the animals had gotten in and gave me a step by step of how to fix it. On top of that the gentleman, Fred, was extremely nice & friendly and was very easy to deal with.
