"I knew from what I could see of the asphalt shingle area where the HVAC was located that repair or replacement was necessary. This was verified when I saw the photos the drone took of the roof showing not only that area, but also a few areas of broken tiles and debris where the roof lines met. When I reviewed the photos in the email I was sent with the estimate, I engaged Source 1 to do the repairs. I am pleased with the appearance from the ground as I look at the new asphalt shingles. I was provided photos of the areas that were replaced, although I would appreciate also new photos by the drone of the whole roof to compare with the original ones taken that showed the necessitly."

"Javier called ahead of time to confirm that he was on his way, and when he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would do. Then, he pulled out his ladder and climbed onto the roof. He came down to retrieve supplies he needed to apply some fresh tar and mastic where needed. He noticed that a piece of plastic molding was missing over the porch (against the house behind the tile shingles). He did not have one on his truck, so he explained that he had one at his shop and would be back momentarily. He returned within 15 minutes with the molding, installed it, and then reviewed the work he did. He showed before-and-after photos from our roof of the places where he replenished the tar and mastic. The before-photos were very similar to the ones taken a month or so earlier by the home inspector when we were in the process of purchasing the house, so even though I was not on the roof to see what he saw, I feel confident that he found and addressed the needed preventive maintenance. The home inspector had not noticed the missing molding, but Javier did--and he replaced it. We are new to tile roofs, so I appreciate the time and attention that Javier took to make sure that this one is in good shape.

"This used to be a vacation home for us. So, when we were out on vacation we had them come out. At that time they just checked over everything and charged us for it. Then they told my husband that for $75 we could prepay a service charge at a future date. So he did that because that was a good buy. Last week, we had them come back to do a service on the air conditioning. Because it's prior to summer time and now that we've moved out, we wanted to make sure that everything was fine. So they went through everything and said everything was fine and then when they were ready to leave they said, "Oh, yeah. This part is not working efficiently. If you don't replace it, the motor will die out." We had prepaid $75. This part was $140. Because I'm in a position where I can't do anything about it and I want to make sure that my motor doesn't burn out I said, "Sure. Put it in." But, I kept the old part and when I have an opportunity, I'm going to check it out to make sure that it was deficient. I want to make sure that they did put in a new one. At this point I'm very suspicious. I hate this bait and switch. I'm not sure whether to trust them or not. I felt like I was bait and switched."
