They were extremely professional, did an excellent job and paid attention to details from beginning to end. Recently we had an issue with the leak that it ended up NOT coming from our roof but from our OLD windows. J&J was right there helping us figure it out where the leak was coming from and were willing to what it took to fix it, if it had something to do with our roof. I would highly recommend that them! "Beware of ccc1329489, A Licensed Roofing Company. They took our money on 10/2025. We have paid 80% and they have not completed the job. We were told many excuses. They also failed the first permit inspection. This is all they have done so far. The first brace is screwed into a small tree to keep the 8×8 20ft post from falling. They failed inspection because they dug 10 holes put up 5 posts and did not return. This is all sand so now everything is caving in. First day, 10/20/2025, 2 men were sent to unload the wood without equipment. They hit our fence twice trying to back into our property. Then got trailer stuck in our yard. They rolled lumber off trailer and left it in piles in the middle of our yard. We had to pay someone to move the wood next to construction area and re-stack safely. Won't answer phone, says they are coming then don't show. Said they would pull permit but then said they had issues with our hendry county permit office. Small town and the ladies knew nothing about"

"I DO NOT recommend Big G Roofing. They did a full roof replacement on my home in 2020. I purchased this home in 2022 and in only 3 years later it's leaking and they will NOT come to repair the roof even though it is under warranty. They refuse to transfer the warranty as almost all roofing companies do. Even when asked if I can then just have the previous owner call to have the roof repair, they still will not do it. So they will not honor a warranty, transfer a warranty, or honor it to the name associated with the warranty. They put their name on this roof and will NOT stand behind there work. I have called multiple times over the past few days speaking with multiple people and "their boss" will not honor their warranty. My great grandfather, grandfather, father, and myself are all small business owners. The one thing you learn is that you need to put your name and reputation into your work. As you can see from their terrible reviews, they do not do that."
