"We hired FPS based on reviews from Angie's List and I can tell you it was the best thing we did. We had other quotes from plumber's in the area, but no one came close to the price of FPS. John, the owner, was punctual and extremely professional while installing our faucet and p-trap in our new vanity. The craftsmanship is of utmost importance to him and takes pride in the work he performs. He quoted me 225.00 for the work plus parts but ended only charging me the 225.00 which was really fair for the high quality of work he did and even adjusted my toilet float valve free of charge after noticing it was only filling up half way. If your looking for a more than reasonable plumber, look no further."

I had previously reached out to several plumber/contractors hoping to have my potfiller repaired but not many seemed to be knowledgeable of this type of faucet/ plumbing. Kevin sent someone the next day who arrived on time, wore a mask without me having to ask, and took his time to make sure he got to the root of the problem and that it did not leak. I had been really stressed out about this getting replaced as I was starting to think no one would be able to fix it. Equal Rooter did and in less than 24hrs from first contact! Price is probably not the cheapest but not exorbitant. I think it was fair for the work involved. I would use them again for any future plumbing issues."

"The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.
