We did a complete remodel - new custom kitchen, new floors, gut/remodel 3 baths, removed walls to create an open concept, plumbing work, install tankless water heater, created an attic storage area, new banister, new light fixtures, new fans, tile work, new doors, new trim - basically everything was new or upgraded.
