When we decided to place our shelf in slightly different location during the install he and the installer, Joshua, were very responsive, looked into the possibility and were able to make the adjustment for us. Their process from start to finish made the project so easy for us with very little interruption. We did encounter a small problem, but it was taken care of immediately. They stayed on budget and finished early. Our bath is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the result."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
