"Lenny was able to rapidly diagnose the problem and locate the source of the dirt and sand that was coming into the sprinkler system. He came up with a good approach to repairing the problem. On a very hot day, Lenny worked rapidly and efficiently the clear each of the sprinkler heads and repair the system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Highest recommendation."

"Response to my initial query was quick. Kevin the owner came and right away was able to work with my budget and come up with solutions. I felt he was hearing my priorities and making sure the work would be done correctly. We were able to schedule the work right after the holidays, and a crew of 2 efficient workers showed for 2 1/2 days as promised. The workers were super tidy and while I was expecting walls to be opened up as we discussed, they managed to leave without any needs for patching or repairs, which was on its own an added bonus. The office is great to deal with and very responsive to call or emails. I am super pleased with the whole works and feel so relieved that my house is now up to electrical standards. Thank you!"

"We have worked with ABC Electric for over 12 years. They completely rewired our previous house and did an excellent job. So we asked them to bid the project on our 1950 mid-century modern house. Eric did all the work in the last house and also in this one. He absolutely knows what he is doing and does it well! He is friendly and professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly! We always go to ABC first and plan to use them again on our next remodeling projects."

"Very professional from scheduling to billing.  Gave up front cost estimates that were accurate.  Crew was on time and professional and took care to cover everything to shield other areas during ceiling repair.  We were very happy with the end results. <br />"

"Fabulous experience! We can't say enough great things about working with Lee Glasscock and the entire team at Landscape East & West (Kirk, Miles, Herberth, Ricardo & Antionio). They designed our new patio / outdoor living area, completed the project (a look of perfection) and prepped our front yard for phase two (2) of the project (new landscape design). We are also working with them to have a new fence installed too. They have always been responsive to our calls and have definitely performed above our expectations. If your looking to work with a landscaper that takes pride in their work and creates a thing of beauty, Landscape East & West should be your choice."

"I cannot speak highly enough about Scott and his team, Julio and Luis. Extremely pleasant, professional and amazing to work with. Always willing to offer ideas and thoughts on how to trouble shoot anything that came up. I was fortunate enough the timing worked out that Scott was able to implement all the design work in our yard - from the yard debris removal, lawn leveling, to hardscaping, lighting and irrigation. Their work product is impeccable and has completely transformed my backyard. The lighting alone has really elevated my house and at night, looking outside, it’s like an extension of my living room. I really didn’t know what I was missing until I’ve it had. I’m looking forward to the next time our schedules align to re-do the front!"

"Here's the problem with Bentley: They do excellent, meticulous work and I have absolutely no complaints about what they've done. I'd use them all the time...except they're almost impossible to get hold of and they apparently don't like doing estimates. I'm remodeling my home because I now live in a wheelchair and needed a lot of ADA-type modifications. I built a shed out back that needed its own subpanel, wiring, and lighting, I needed to replace the main electrical panel in the house, have washer/dryer outlets installed in the top floor, add lights in many spots, replace electrical outlets that another electrician had removed, and update the electrical in a remodeled bathroom. My contractor walked Jay through the house and showed him what needed to be done (I was in hospital at the time), and after some additional back and forth Bentley came to the house and started the wiring and electrical panel projects. That was great, but no one had given me an estimate for approval; they just started. I approved retroactively, wondering what it would wind up costing me. I talked to Jay at that point, asking him to forward estimates for the rest of the work. He said he would, but I never received them. That was in May. I found that while his crew was here they were open, friendly, extremely competent and did a great job...but once they left, good luck getting them back. It took several weeks for them to return to finish up conduit and such so the contractors could pave the area. Asked for estimates several times more, by email or phone, and always when ...and two months later, I'm still waiting. I finally heard from them over the weekend--my check for the original work apparently had gone astray and they needed another--and asked again for estimates. This time I heard from Jay--he didn't have the estimates, thought his other electrician might, and he would get back to me. He was scheduling in late August (it's mid-July now). We have been waiting on Jay&crew to set up electrical in the new laundry room so that I can safely and comfortably live mostly upstairs (right now I must negotiate two flights of stairs to do laundry). It's mid-July; he finally said today that he was scheduling in late August. That means that I'll have nearly six more weeks of being unable to live safely in my home, hemorrhaging money for contractors...and I STILL don't have an estimate for the work. As much as I love the quality of your work, guys, I just can't afford to keep waiting."
