"All the guys that helped with this work were awesome! There was one issue that occurred but not really anyone's fault. The horizontal drilling team ran their drill right through our sewer line, but both the drillers and plumbers worked together to fix the sewer line. And we were not charged for the snafu. My only gripe is the new box used to cover the water main. The current concrete box crumbled apart and the plumber used a sprinkler cover as a replacement. I'm not sure if this is code but it now looks like we have two junction boxes for our sprinkler system."

"Neil called when he was leaving his last job to let us know he was on his way.  He arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us.  He was very professional with his services.  He pumped the tank and made sure it was clean.  He went down in the tank to clean the pipe from the tank to the distribution box which was plugged.  He also was able to open the clean out plug from the house to the septic tank and cleared the clog from there.  Then he was able to give us a very good idea as to where the distribution box should be.  He was right on.

"Treven from Pacific Crest Plumbing was fantastic.  He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.  My house is a very old house and the toilet was 55 years old.   There was a possibility of complications.  I think that due to his knowledge and experience he was able to avoid any complications.  He was also speedy which I'd think comes from 10+ years of working as a plumber.

"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. He was able to correct the problem within an hour timeframe and was able to show me on his scope the inside of the sewer line.
