Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question.
