"Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"John Scott Roofing did a fantastic job with my home. My roof looks amazing! His company came in with the lowest estimate, and John was patient in explaining the process, shingle options, along with providing samples and explaining the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. While repairing my roof, 7 sheets of plywood and 122' of 2x4 were needed to replace the damaged areas of my roof. There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. My neighbor was so impressed by how good it looks, and how fast they knocked it out they called him too. I definitely recommend John Scott Roofing, and will use him for all my future needs. "2nd Gen did a complete tear off, replaced 5 sheets of plywood, and installed asphalt shingles over a ice and water barrier, renailed entire roof every 4 in. Located all roof tie downs insuring 4 nails in ever clip. Tar sealed top of drip edge rarely done. Repaired damage to all corners of facia. Put new aluminum facia all around my home. Completely reroofed a large flat roof section double layered & installed a new tubular skylight. Great job on everything & great cleanup! All ways on time & passed all Inspections. Finishing on time! Very fairly priced & spared no details or did any sort cuts, this was all done weeks before last yearâ s September Hurricane. They came right away and replaced 6 ridge vents shingles & reinspected for any other damage. Found no problems. So satisfied with everything. Beside the ease of working with them"

"Only a one year warranty was offered, and little effort was made in the work for provision of longevity. This was their match for my standing-seam sheet-metal main roof which has 30 years of life expectancy remaining. Replacement hood is plastic and somewhat flimsy. Vent pipes are sealed with vinyl diaphragms rather than lead boots as we discussed. However, electrical mast appears well sealed. The best news is that the leaks have apparently stopped, for now at least."
