"They were not the cheapest, but after completion I was extremely pleased with their detail to schedule, help, follow up, clean up, and overall appearance of big driveway. They had a driver who was great on getting old asphalt, came the next morning and finished. I highly recommend this company. Very courteous and friendly!!"

"Alex and his team were VERY PROFESSIONAL, kind, and understanding (due to tree roots and rainy weather) in giving us a GREAT DEAL on our circular driveway. We will HIRE his team to do patio in back and resurface driveway in 3 years."

"Mark and his son showed up on time. Very customer service oriented. Excellent workmanship at a very fair price. Asphalt drive looks like new. They also filled bigger cracks with hot rubber and smaller cracks with fine ground asphalt before sealing. Highly recommend. Also they were able to squeeze us in last minute!"

"Mark and Nathan were great to work with and worked quickly, but also neatly. I am a first time home owner so I am still learning a lot, but they gave me advise and their opinions when needed which was super helpful. There was a spot on the ceiling that was missed with paint so right when I noticed I contacted Mark and he came out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend these two!!"

FAQs for asphalt paving repair or patch projects in North Prairie, WI

With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range. Concrete surfaces last even longer, from 20 to 25 years. Regular sealing and quick crack repairs go a long way toward preserving both materials.

You can pour new concrete over an existing driveway as long as the base slab is solid. Pros often place a three- to four-inch overlay to create a strong bond. If the old concrete is cracked or spalling badly, it’s wiser to remove it and start fresh to ensure durability.

Keep the surface in top shape by sealing it on schedule and tackling damage right away. Roll on a quality seal coat every three years for asphalt, and reseal concrete as needed while patching any flaws you spot. Staying ahead of small issues prevents bigger, pricier repairs and keeps your driveway looking sharp.
