Aquarian Pool and Spa Swimming Pool Installations and Pool Repairs. With 3 Generations of Building Pools behind us, "We Know Pools". We consist of a 3 - 4 man operation. When we install our pools we take our time digging and compacting the ground and setting the footings by laser. This helps prevent settling and div-its on the bottom of your pool. We are great when it comes to building up to per-existing structures. Wall Foam is next if requested. Then we re-level and compact the bottom to give a great feel when you walk across the bottom of your pool. After the foam installation we center the new liner perfectly to reduce any extra stretch in the liner. Then we remove the wrinkles and attach you filter to the skimmer and return.

"So I gave a C rating but honestly my experience was worse. I chose to gave a C because I understand that during the pandemic home contracting work has spiked and most of these folks are really busy. That being said.. I contacted RBM through Angies list on 8/14 and they responded saying they would love to come give me an estimate asking me for my address, I gave them my availability and asked when they would like to come out to give me the estimate but did not receive a reply. On 8/18 I receive an "OK" message but nothing else. On 8/19 I responded again and asked if they still were interested in coming out and giving me an estimate and they responded "YES". So I again provided my availability and was told to text the address to a phone number "978-87X-XXX8" (I blocked out part of the number for privacy reasons). I texted the requested information and received back "OK". On 8/24 after five days of silence on both Text and Angie's list, I again sent a message trying to follow up with getting the estimate but did not receive a response. As of 9/14 I still have not received response to my communication on 8/24. I am disappointed because honestly if they had just communicated that "Hey we are too busy" I would have understood. ANYTHING would have been preferable to the silence I received. I am sure they are probably great people but right now my personal grade for them is "F", I rated them a "C" because I did not experience any loss other than time and have since accepted the bid from another contractor for the work. Do better, the next person to bother leaving a review may give you the "F" you deserve if you treat them the same way."
