The home was built in 1980 and then radically expanded and remodeled (interior and exterior walls and the roofline all significantly altered) so the wiring and plumbing can be pretty tricky. Of course the electrician is what really matters here and he was super informative and helpful. He offered several solutions and explained the cost and benefits and negatives of each. "Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew.
