"I have dealt with a few too many so-called flooring experts this past week and I was just about ready to say f' it because they had all been a disappointment, to say the least, from stealing $400 from me -never doing the work to overcharging me for damaged materials. Then I came across BlueStar Flooring and my laminate flooring project was saved- literally. Randy was kind enough to take the job just one day before my deadline and his price was lower than anyone I had spoken to and anything I had seen advertised online. In fact, I thought there must be a catch somewhere, like charging me for any extra time or difficult tasks during the install, etc. Randy charged me the exact price he quoted me before I hired him, in fact it was $50 less. I was pleasantly shocked. The entire experience with Randy Densmore, although only a 2 session gig, was awesome. He knows his stuff about flooring. He laid that laminate in my sunken living room and had a plan for the concrete steps/wall without hesitation. Randy is ,without a doubt, THE 5 star PRO, THE Elite, THE FLOORING MASTER, in my opinion. He is very professional- he brought all his OWN tools, trash can, broom, table saws, even extension cord. He was quick, did above par work and cleaned up his mess before leaving each day. His communication is awesome, he is punctual, honest , extremely affordable and takes pride in what he's doing. He cares about the customers needs and their satisfaction with the whole process. And he's kinda easy on the eyes too. I was so impressed with Randy and his work ( and work ethic ), I would marry him if I wasn't already married. He is, handsdown, the best contractor/pro/installer/person I have ever hired for anything. I wish he installed everything on a house- I would hire him without a second thought for anything I needed. He's that good. And I was that impressed. If you have a flooring job for hire, do yourself a favor and give Randy a call. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else. Trust me- this is the guy you want for the job. Thank you, Randy! You saved the day !! And my bank account- and my sanity. And my floor looks fantastic. It's beautiful!"
