"Our experience with Alex and Ideal Home Improvement has exceeded all of our expectations. We have been looking for a few years to re-face our kitchen. We have a large kitchen; lots of cabinets. We liked the structure but the cabinets were dated inside and outside. Our fridge and ovens were also on a brink of failing so we had to do something. We did not want the huge cost long time without kitchen, yet we wanted a kitchen that would look really nice, with quality material, and improved functionality. When Alex came over the first time, we could immediately see how professional and knowledgeable he was. He worked with us patiently to pick up the wood and style. He produced sample doors which were very helpful in the selection process. As we could not wait for all the cabinets before we replaced the appliances, Alex worked with the installers to build superb wood enclosures for our sub-zero new fridge and 2 new wall mounted ovens. A month later he installed the whole kitchen. He came extremely well prepared and it took him 3.5 days! We not only re-faced all cabinets, but he replaced all drawers and put inserts in some cabinets. We love this new kitchen! This has been an excellent experience beyond expectations. "Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"<p>Painted the ceilings after the popcorn was removed. I had the popcorn removed professional in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I removed the popcorn myself on the stairway going up to the 2nd floor. The contractor was supposed to mud, sand, and paint the ceilings.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>He said he mudded and sanded but the ceilings look terrible. You can see where it SHOULD have been sanded down. There are marks and nicks all over all the ceilings. I am not impressed and not happy at all.
