"Keith Jordan and his crew did a great job installing our siding. They paid attention to all the little details. Keith went above and beyond to help fix a problem that was discovered during installation. Would definitely recommend for future jobs."

"Honest, easy to deal with company. No hard sell. Employees worked hard from 7:00 am until approximately 4:00 the first day and completed job mid day on second day. They covered house sides with heavy duty tarps to prevent damage to siding, etc. Price was reasonable and completed job looks great. Received many compliments already. Would highly recommend."

"Mike and the team at Superior Siding were referred to me by a neighbor (the same neighbor who recommended my plumber, dentist, and favorite restaurants in town!). And I’m so glad I went with them. I received 4 quotes, and Superior Siding’s was by far the most thorough and competitively priced. They had also recently completed a siding project on a house up the street, so I was able to watch that job from start to finish and see the quality of their work firsthand. Our home had some very strange siding from the 1970s which apparently the woodpeckers loved! On top of that, we had certain places that leaked during heavy rain. Superior Siding took care of all of it, replacing rotten wood, addressing problem areas, and helping to make sure water was being directed properly to prevent future wet spots and rot. Professional, great communicators, thorough, fairly priced, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish!"

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"We are extremely happy with our vinyl siding project with Universal Windows Direct. We read many positive reviews that were influential in our choice, and they did not disappoint. Sean is very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced, and he did a great job explaining the different options and tradeoffs. We were immediately comfortable that the job would be in good hands, and that he would stand behind the products and the work. We were having some trouble finalizing what color to go with, and Heather the office manager provided helpful assistance in the form of pictures, addresses we could drive by, and even had samples sent over so we could see them on our house. The installation crew impressed us – they worked some long days in high heat, were very polite and respectful of our house, and were surprisingly quiet. They took care of all the minor rot that was discovered in removing the old siding and boards, and for an area with extensive rotting quickly provided an estimate for additional required repair and executed it in one day. One thing that sets folks apart is how they handle issues. We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly. We also discovered a few issues after the installation was complete, and everything was corrected without any dispute and to our full satisfaction. I give Universal Widows Direct 5 stars out of 5, and they will be first on my list to call when it comes time to do my roof."

"We are really thankful to this company to finish our siding work which was just left midway by some other guy. While lots of other siding companies were not ready to taking up our work, this guy and his team just took up our work and complete .They are very much committed people, they have finished our work exactly within the timeframe committed to us. I will surely recommend people to work with them"
