The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. "The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"All Weather Exteriors did an amazing job in replacing the roof of our house. Their prices were competitive comparing to other quotes we solicited but the main differentiators were the customer service level from the sale person to the project manager to the installers which were all exceptional. The installers were proficient, showed great teamwork, completed the roof, a gazebo and a large shed in 2 days. They did a great job in protecting our house from damages while performing the job as they promised and did a great job in cleaning up after each night and at the end of the project. We were extremely pleased overall with how well the project went, with how our new roof looks, how professional All Weather Exteriors were throughout the process. We were impressed with the attentiveness and oversight including having the owner of the company to come out at the end to inspect the quality of the work of his employees. "Mike and the team at Superior Siding were referred to me by a neighbor (the same neighbor who recommended my plumber, dentist, and favorite restaurants in town!). And I’m so glad I went with them. I received 4 quotes, and Superior Siding’s was by far the most thorough and competitively priced. They had also recently completed a siding project on a house up the street, so I was able to watch that job from start to finish and see the quality of their work firsthand. Our home had some very strange siding from the 1970s which apparently the woodpeckers loved! On top of that, we had certain places that leaked during heavy rain. Superior Siding took care of all of it, replacing rotten wood, addressing problem areas, and helping to make sure water was being directed properly to prevent future wet spots and rot. Professional, great communicators, thorough, fairly priced, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish!"

"We are extremely happy with our vinyl siding project with Universal Windows Direct. We read many positive reviews that were influential in our choice, and they did not disappoint. Sean is very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced, and he did a great job explaining the different options and tradeoffs. We were immediately comfortable that the job would be in good hands, and that he would stand behind the products and the work. We were having some trouble finalizing what color to go with, and Heather the office manager provided helpful assistance in the form of pictures, addresses we could drive by, and even had samples sent over so we could see them on our house. The installation crew impressed us – they worked some long days in high heat, were very polite and respectful of our house, and were surprisingly quiet. They took care of all the minor rot that was discovered in removing the old siding and boards, and for an area with extensive rotting quickly provided an estimate for additional required repair and executed it in one day. One thing that sets folks apart is how they handle issues. We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly.
