"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"They showed up exactly when they said they would, finished the job faster than expected, cleaned up very nicely after themselves, and charged exactly what we discussed prior to the job. They were excellent!"

"TLDR; avoid, untrustworthy and generally shoddy work. Bad communication. TLDR2; company's management/owner's motto when it comes to returning customer service call seems to be Warren Buffett's adage "When the phone don't ring you'll know it's me." Background. Inherited DI as the manager of my system when we bought the house three years ago. Apart from being expensive for the work performed they opened and closed the system twice with no major issues. They charge $125 for each line they have to clamp which is a ten minute job but this is Fairfield County and what should I expect. $750-1000 a year for little impact but that's fine. Let me tell you a story. It's entertaining. 1. They come to close the system - blow out the lines - in Fall 2017 at the end of the season. We talk to them though the visit. Leave a field slip and go their merry way. 2. Two weeks later get an email (followed by a letter) with an estimate of $1300 to fix the broken irrigation controller (hunter). 3. We call them and ask them how did that happen, they mention their crew when closing the system noticed it was dead. No phone call. The crew when they left told us everything was fine. Weird. 4. Take my multi meter and realize quite quickly that the power module is dead, a result of the box not being closed after service and probably rained on (we never touch the box) not a board issue. 5. Buy the $19 (with free shipping) power module, swap it whole system comes back to life. 6. We call DI to politely ask a manager "is this what we should expect from you?" "Is this kinda your normal trouble shooting MO?" Manager tells "I will look into this myself and call you right back. I'm going to get to the bottom of it". I'm a big believer that sometimes thing go wrong and manager should get a chance to rectify issues that come up. 7. Month and a half goes by 8. We get a call - from staff - "hey we will be in your area next week do you want opening service." we answer Hey any feedback on the system issue. Let me check. 9. Next get a call from a field technician, again "hey i will will be in the area tomorrow do you want to have your system opened" Best summary. If you don't need anything from your provider they will match expectations. I'm sure they will not miss us as customers."

"I had been with this company for the last 26 years, and knowing that rates go up according the market. But I decided to end my business with this company when I called for service on raising one of my sprinkler heads and received in invoice for $304.85. It turns out that the technicians set the rates and tell the company who much to charge. So when they say, "would you like us to check the system?" Say NO. It is in there interest to find sprinkler heads and mist heads to replace just to pad the invoice. When I asked to speak with Sal an owner and asked if there was anything that could be done with this invoice, he said NO. He feels he is the company with the best service and cheapest prices. I hope he is right. But as of now, I will be looking for a company who is not so deceiving when it comes to a service call. To think that Sal just doesn't appreciate long term customers. Wish him much luck in the future."

"I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"

"After leaving this review below, we were contacted by Bellantoni. They resolved the situation with our landscape, and went above and beyond at no cost to correct our front landscape: removing dead plants, replanting, and adding new & much improved plants to the front line of the house. If I could remove the review below, I would do it. For some reason, Angi is not allowing it."

"Despite building our pool and maintaining the pool, our pool is falling apart. There is question if the they way they maintained the pool actually caused the problems or the design itself is faulty. They do not stand behind their work and are not responsive for company that we have used for an extended amount of time. Last year they didn't even know where the propane take for the heater of the pool they built. This company may have a great "look built" but there product and service to stand up to time and their price gouging is money in the toilet. Beware. This company is not about quality."
