"They were quick to arrange the work, that was the good part. They charged $1200+tax to merely use sandpaper on a small kitchen countertop. The results were mediocre at best, definitely nothing to be impressed by for that amount. They did not even offer to retouch. Worse, they unilaterally charge $250 if they need to return for any reason, even having performed no work. And if you politely question the rationale of such a high fee, they will aggressively threaten you with legal action soon after. I regret having done business with Sir Grout. If you have alternatives, avoid this company."
