"The owner of the company came out for an estimate I requested for a leak over our front door. He was prompt, courteous and took pictures of the issue. The quote was reasonable. He took pictures of "the before", I okayed the work, the leak was fixed the next morning. We were emailed all the finished pictures immediately upon completion, In addition, I asked him to take pictures of anything else that was an issue, he did and sent me a quote for all of it. We decided to have it all done. The owner communicated every step of the way, he and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. The roof looks great and most importantly does not leak. I waited to write this review until we were in the midst of rain this week. Ultimate Roofing was the only company that didn't turn their nose up to us and say they only replace roofs, not repair them. In the end, the repairs cost 10% of what was quoted to us for a new roof."

"They were good. They were a little bit slow but they did come and do the work. We thought it was going to be roof repair and it turned out they just cleaned the gutters and did some minor stuff to the $200 so we were a little disappointed with that. We enlisted him and he did some major repairs on our roof so it was good to get him here and good to get him up there. We used that $149 but we also paid him an extra $1300 to repair the roof, he ended up making a lot of money out of this. We had to call him 3 times, he came out finally in the end of August. They were very nice and when he came, he brought a crew with him, and they were quick and efficient so it was good. We would probably use them again because it's hard to get up on the roof."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. I reached out to a full list of contractors to repair our home. Most of them were shocked at the damage that was done, but seemed to be to busy or not interested in helping us out. We were so impressed with Miguel and his crew. It was so nice to have a contractor show up on time, and always let us know ahead if there was a change in the schedule.
