"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."

"Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

The work quality was up to my expectations and they were quick to fix anything I was unhappy with. The only issue I had was the long time it took to complete the project. Two weeks turned into two months because not all the materials were ordered, plus we had to wait on BigHorn's painting subcontractor to become available. "2 days ago NEW Even though we gave New Look Siding a big job they came through BIG TIME!!!. Our house needed a facelift and we are definitely happy with what was accomplished. We had all the windows replaced plus the slider took out and replaced with French doors on the patio, had new siding and rock waist coat on the front, and they covered and enlarged our patio. The communication with Erik and his crew (Jacob, Brett, Perry and Ramsay) was great. Erik pretty much told us everyday what was being done and what to expect. The crew worked on the house like it was their's and were perfectionists. They became almost like family. We definitely would recommend New Look Siding to anyone wanting to upgrade or give their existing home a face lift."

"I hired Kimball Roofing after a major rain storm caused an active roof leak allowing water to drip through my kitchen ceiling. He came out the same day free of charge and was very helpful in evaluating where my current leak was coming from as well as providing inside about other potential leak hazards he saw. He advised me that I would be better off performing the repair myself considering my mechanic background and walked me through everything I would need to do to repair the leak myself including tools and parts required. I offered him cash but he refused as he said he was happy to help me understand my problem as well as provide insight as part of their free evaluation.
