"We got two other bids for repairing the stucco on our 11 year old house. The 8x8 inch poles that hold up our three story deck had lost lots of stucco and the original house builedr's installers had done a rush job on the stucco applying it dirrectly to the bare wood. The other two companies quoted us lots more money because they wanted to errect scaffolding that would have taken a day to errect and even though we asked for quotes for just the poles the other two companies incuded all the stucco on the decks even though all but the poles was in good shape. Those two companies bids were much higher. Alta's team was able to move up and down the poles scraping all the loose stucco from extension ladders and then they laid in the base coat and mesh the original builders skipped. The acrylic material they used looks great and from what I could read about it that material lasts really well. The installers are highly skilled and did an amazing job. The area was left clean and looking great. We're very happy."

"Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
