Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. HE made himself available at all times day or night weekends or holidays. everytime I called him he got right back to me within the hour usually within 5/10 minutes. He difinitely caters to his customers. Although he wasn't the lowest bidder for the contract I felt very comfortable dealing with him and was very satisfied with the job his company did. Even before he accepted the final payment he made sure I was totally satisfied with the finished product. He even went out of his way to tell me that if we encounted any problems in the future with the work his company performed that he would respond and rectify the problem.If you don't mind paying a little extra I am more then certain that anyone using Tom'scompany will be pleased with the work he performs.
