After the work was completed, he noted that there were several issues with the gutters and recommended either repairing them or installing a LeafEx system and provided quotes for both. Unfortunately, days later I noticed burn marks in the lawn from what appears to be the hoses that they were using. I'd be cautious in using them again which is disappointing seeing how fast, efficient and professional they were."

We discussed the possibility of hooking one of the downspouts up to a rain barrel - they were so flexible and provided great suggestions. I decided against it b/c I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep on top of it. Mark explained what needed to be done in the future if I changed my mind. He also suggested digging a few shallow ditches and filling them with rocks to slow the water flow, which I'm doing. I have never had gutters before so everything was new to me! What a difference!
