They spent the time to fully understand what we wanted, they helped us refine our vision, were patient with us as that vision evolved, engaged with some really challenging engineering puzzles, and then took ownership of every phase of the project while letting us insert our preferences every step of the way. The end result was magical. We got so much more than what we initially hoped for. Our home is efficient, convenient, comfortable, and beautiful. The Kreative Barn teamâ s skill and craftsmanship inspire me to be better at everything I do. Konstantin took time upfront to learn about the project before committing to it but once he committed, he truly delivered. "We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"Very professional, honest, hard working team. I had several quotes to replace the cedar siding, and repair dry rot around the sill plate. Boris is a General Contractor and the only one that would take on not only the siding but repaired the extensive dry rot around the front door and 2 windows. His team is 2nd to none. I plan to use them for a future Bath and Kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs, everything was fair and reasonably priced."

"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. "Mike is the best contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. We were skeptical at first because most other contractors we have worked with over promise and under perform, as well as do not return phone calls / emails. Not Mike. For our kitchen project, he went out of his way to insure every piece of the project was finished and passed his own QC (which in many cases was more stringent than our own QC). He came up with a few ideas that really made the project shine (like the addition of an archway to separate two ceiling heights). Mike also was not afraid to express his opinion based on his experiences and this saved us a lot of time and money. Mike always told you what he was doing, when it would be done and what the next day consisted of so you could prepare yourself. His helper (also named Mike), is also a professional. Care was taken to insure proper set up and take down of anything needing to be installed. Each day, the job site would be cleaned to make the rest of the house more livable during construction. We are extremely impressed with the work and talents of Mike Carlon and are very happy we had him complete our kitchen remodel.
