Not only were the openings for sink and faucet perfect, when <br /> it came time for us to install the undermount sink, we were more than delighted that Merrimack Stone took it upon <br /> themselves to drill the holes for the screws and epoxy them in so that we had nothing to do but screw the undermount sink <br /> in place. We had no idea that they would take that upon themselves (it never occurred to us) and make the installation job <br /> so easy. They had to remove the old backsplash and sidesplash which they did with absolutely no damage to our old counter and recut those pieces to the new size that we needed. It was flawless. When I initially went to pick out the new larger granite for our laundry room counter, I had picked out two possible choices. When we went to pick up our laundry counter, we were told that they cut the counter out of my second choice in error. Cody asked me to look at the second choice and reassured me that after seeing it, if I <br /> had any second thoughts and was not thoroughly happy with that granite, they would be more than happy to recut the counter from <br /> my top choice. I did decide to go with my favorite. I felt so badly to have them redo the job, but Cody couldn't have been nicer or more <br /> reassuring that he didn't mind, it wasn't a problem and he wanted me to be 100% happy with my selection. The job was redone and <br /> I received the counter in a week. It was perfect. I absolutely love love love the two granite tops. Jose Guzman responded to my call promptly, clearly understood what I needed to have done, quoted a fair price, asked for a photo of the sink area via email, quickly confirmed the price, and then worked his team's schedule around my plumber's because pipes needed to be disconnected before they could begin their work. He was responsive throughout the process. Further, Nestor and Nelson, the team that did the work were extremely polite and professional. The sink hadn't been mounted originally the way everyone expected, but they they had the knowledge necessary and were able to work through that wrinkle. They also had the tools and equipment necessary to do the job well, (no running off to a supply house) and left the whole area so tidy nobody would have ever known I'd had anything done. When the plumber returned to re-connect the pipes he too observed what a good job they'd done. Bottom line - I applaud and recommend OG Marble and Granite."
