"They were excellent. They showed up on time, performed the work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Not only did they strip the roof, they also replaced the plywood before re-shingling. They flashed where necessary and installed the drip edge. Most surprising to me was the quality of the cleanup. I am yet to find a single nail left behind despite the snow we had on the ground. I liked them so much that I will be bringing them back in the spring to insulate and install vinyl siding!"

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Caron Roofing and Construction. From getting their estimate and the actual installation. They were prompt in their response to my initial inquiry regarding an estimate. The price was reasonable and I elected to have ice and water shield put on the entire roof rather than just the first two rows which was a little extra money . Justin Caron - the project leader, was very precise and extremely helpful even suggesting what color shingles he thought would look nice on my house. I had no idea what color I should go with, I just knew I didn't want black. I chose "slate" as Justin suggested. All the stock was delivered the day before and One crew member showed up at the house at 7:15 a.m. and the rest were here by 7:20 a.m and began immediatley started stripping all the old shingles off at 7:35 am. There was a crew of about 7 and while some were stripping the exisiting shingles, others on the ground was doing cleanup. These guys really knew what the were doing and how to do it. They all were very friendly and respectful. They all worked very well together as if they had been together for years. Justin said they would have the job done in one day and it was completed in one day. When they were finished I couldn't believe how beautiful the roof was and I was so happy I took Justin's color rcommendation. After they all cleared out, my yard, my porches and deck were spotless (like no one had been there). I got into my car and drove by my house three (3) times just admiring my new roof and appreciating the pleasant memories of the job I was dreading most. No dread, no apprehension, it all was a pure pleasure and great satisfaction. No more worries about shingles blowing off my roof or potential leaks in rain, snow or heavy winds. We already had torrential rains and high winds since the new roof and NO PROBLEMS. "It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. His team did a wonderful job repairing the chimney and some broken, shifting slate pieces on the roof in a reasonable and timely manner. They were always happy to answer my questions too. "While we hired AllAmerican construction to deal with a gutter issue, which they accomplished by adding a downspout and sealing an end cap, the reason we are giving them 5 stars is that they did a free inspection of of the roof and all things protruding from it. They took pictures of problems they found including openings around 2 standpipes and flashing problems around the chimney. Two days after that first meeting they returned with all the parts and equipment necessary to do the gutter work, replace the standpipes where they exit the roof, and do the flashing replacement/repairs. They also took further pictures of the chimney showing us areas where water has gotten into the chimney structure. We are currently in talks with them about taking the chimney down to the roof line and rebuilding it to fix these problems. We have been very pleased with all three people we’ve been working with-Erica, Jonnathan, and Edison."
