"We had water damage due to a leak in our roof. We contacted Octagon because of their glowing reports on Angie's List. I cannot say enough about the company. Jessica, the coordinator, was very professional and excellent at keeping me informed on who was coming and when. She assigned the project to Heather, one of the project managers. We were extremely pleased with Heather. She was incredibly professional and very well educated in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. She called to let me know when she was coming, arrived on time, inspected the damage, immediately knew we had a mold problem and began the work to remove the molded areas and installed a HEPA filter to clean out any spores floating around as a result of the work being done. She communicated in detail everything regarding the job -- what she saw, how she was going to fix it, etc.. etc.She even crawled up into our attic to see if there was any damage above the ceiling -- truly above and beyond. As this was an insurance claim, she worked with State Farm to ensure that everything that needed to be done for our benefit was discussed with and agreed to by our claims adjustor. I cannot say enough about both Heather and Octagon. Heather explained that the owner of the company hired professionals and everyone was expected to have at least one certification in one of the areas that Octagon provided service in. It was evident by my experience with all their employees that they hired and retained the best. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone."

"When the estimate was performed, they climbed on the roof so I felt they did a comprehensive assessment of what was needed. They were on time and ready to go. They did a great job and communication was excellent throughout the process."

"Brandon’s roofing and construction company was immensely helpful with the inspection on my property. They were quick to get someone out to look at the home I was purchasing and at a time convenient to my realtor and I. Brandon acted professionally and considerately and was able to meet all my property needs. I have been happily living in this home a few months now and have Brandon to thank. Thank you Brandon’s roofing and construction!"

"Very well. Took care of my roofing situation. Was easy to work with and would hire again. Highly recommended."

When my grandfather started roofing, his philosophy of business was grounded in the highest standards and "old time" values: honesty, integrity, and pride. This was a time when these core values were the backbone of America. He knew that a good reputation was much harder to gain than a bad one and the respect and trust of his customers must be earned and re-earned every day. My grandfather’s values upon which Roof Restore was founded have now passed through Three generations. We hope we remain blessed and are fortunate enough to pass them down to future generations. They are the building block of a proud family tradition, the source of our inspiration and the reason for our success. Roof Restore is a family owned company, in operation since 1951. Over the last six decades, we have been serving the residential and commercial owners of Maine. Now, the business has developed from a small dad and son operation to one of the largest roofing companies in Maine .
