We had appliance issues with our dishwasher and were using it as a drying rack for over a year rather than using it to its full potential. We were finally fed up and figured we would call in the big guns. Nick took less than 5 minutes to find the issue and immediately ordered all parts needed to fix the dishwasher. Nick had our dishwasher up in running in 15 minutes once the parts arrived! Our fridge is currently on the way out, and instead of purchasing a new one, we hired Nick again to diagnose! We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."

Wes showed up to my house in all the mess. He was there within an hour of the issue happening. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks. My animals were displaced and I had to leave my kitties locked in the basement. They went so far above and beyond, they even fed and watered my cats! It was a stressful situation, but they took so much pressure off of me by handling everything! When I was finally able to go back home, not only was the water damage gone, my house was sparkling clean from top to bottom on both floors of my house. My house hasn't been this clean ever! It's like I walked into a brand new home. They updated me everyday. I never had to reach out, because they were in constant communication. I am so blessed this company came in and saved the day.
