"They do injections for $500 if correct. They were more expensive that the warranty would price was not chosen about it. They put the gutters on that seem to take care of it. It was concrete injection into the wall of the foundation."

"We had two baths remodeled. At the end of each day, the cleaning and straightening up was very good. Eric kept us up to date on what the next day or two plans would be. Bath 1 was a complete tear out and replace, bath two we replaced the tub with a show and added to the closet where the original shower had been. Eric furnishes labor and you furnish the "pretty" items like fixtures, tile, towel holders. They used top of the line materials. We did ask for a couple of things, not in the original estimate and ran into a major wiring issue in the 2nd bath redo. We negotiated a price change that day, very fair, and moved on. The wiring was run midway down a wall instead of in the attic or near the ceiling. Caused some major rerouting, we didn't know so it was an understandable cost increase. Eric is an extremely fair person to deal with, he wants the job done right."

"We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor. They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"

"I interviewed and received bids from several masons before deciding on Shaun and his crew. Shaun was very knowledgeable, low key, not pushy, and priced very competitively. Shaun came the day he said he would be there and finished on the day he said he would finish. His crew cleaned up every day. I had the code officer to the house while Shaun was there to do a wiring inspection and he commented on Shaun's work with and quot;those guys know what they are doing.and quot; It was a pleasure working with SB Masonry and I will use them again for any related projects I have. <br />"

"Some items included in the invoice were $615 for demolition (?) and cleanup, $1,155 for painting the frames (I did it myself once in less than 2hrs). A water hose was used for clean up (?) which resulted in gray paint chips flying up from porch deck being prepared for painting (not incl. in job) and sticking to surrounding white woodwork which was difficult and time consuming for me to remove. They also spilled a small amount of white paint on my new asphalt driveway. Finally, it took several calls over several weeks to get credit on the final invoice for a deposit I made before the work began. <br />"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in North Yarmouth, ME

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
