Others said we would need to have the mortar on ALL joints grounded out for the project to look good. "Anderson replaced a set of stairs had gotten hit by a plow blade a two years ago. Set he replaced were precast abd hollow. He did a fantastic job with the new ones, NO precast or hollow.
