"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Replaced a 16 year old water heater and fixed a leak under my kitchen sink for a reasonable price and even left my condo hallway cleaner than it has ever been. Highly recommend."

"This was an emergency situation and they couldn't have been nicer. Had to pick up the equipment and do the removal and installation. Very professional."

"I wanted them to enter the facility in a more cleaner way with shoes covers, there was also some heavy smoke that they left as well"

"Amazing experience all around. Easy to schedule and to work with, good deal and amazing work installing a tankless water heater. I will definitely call for any future needs."

"Not easy finding an HVAC company willing to install a gas steam boiler. These guys did it all and did it well, removing the old oil burner and oil tank, installing a Weil McClain boiler including steam piping and hot water, installing gas piping, electrical and plumbing, including all inspections, even leaving me a temporary hot water heater until the furnace installation was completed. They fully accommodated my schedule as well. The town electrical inspector who came after installation was complete confirmed their good reputation."

"I called them for a basic service the day after Snomagedon2015 fully expecting not to get anyone out for at least a few days. Someone was at my door within 3hrs! Answers all my silly questions, provided helpful information and advice and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely be calling them back for future service and installation when the time comes!"

"Very happy with services in transition from previous Framingham-based heating company. Competitive price, prompt response, professional installation and great offers follow up enabling us to get mass heat rebate."

"First of all I requested quotes from 3 different plumbers to replace a water heater and install a pressure reducing valve. Todd was very professional, honest and very reasonable priced. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations. He will be my go to from now on. I HIGHLY recommend him to anybody looking for quality work at a great price."
