"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. "On day of booking informed I would not be there but assured the Handyman will call and review when onsite. That never happened, calls were only done or relayed with Cistomer Servuce Reos. One speaking terrible English you couldn?t understand. Two metal post mailboxes they took upon their own doing to change to a cheap 4x4 vs the steel post that was there originally hired to replace. Follow-up day after and Terrible customer service! Request to talk to the owner and the arrogant customer service rep leaves no option to discuss things with the owner with multiple request. Just as yesterday before the work was done asked to talk to the Handyman onsite and was never able to discuss any details with him to avoid materials being substituted at their own doing."

I’ve been running my own handyman business for about 4 years. I have work in most of the trades in my life. I have experience with roofing, plumbing, general repairs, and assembly of furniture. Estimates are always free.

"I?ve waited to right this as at first going to let it go. Work was not completed correctly at all. We agreed to replacing the fascia boards paint and seal(as is normal). He bought some pre-primed boards and some not painted and only painted unpainted. The pre-primed never got painted. Only sealing done was where a huge gap was on certain spots. All were sealed prior. The owner, after agreeing, wanted a whole week when tempts at 60+ and started when temps dropped to 40. Often didn?t come had to send texts and even asked if he could do it after all. I will have to spend close or double what he charged to have it completed by someone in spring. Now the worst part my AC is possible damaged beyond repair. The company I use won?t even look at it till spring since can?t at these winter temps. He dropped a board from 20? up that hit the unit so hard on the top that 8? from the impact spot bent the housing so bad fan won?t spin. Something under spot is effected, probably compressor. "
