"This was just a great service experience. When I called the office it was Friday afternoon and I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday. The girl on the phone was extremely patient and helpful and got a technician out to the house about an hour after I called. He was so knowledgeable and he had all the parts right there on the truck. He even told me about a program that my refrigerator fell under that would cover the cost of the main board, saving me almost $130! This was a great experience with an honest company, wish that could happen more often!"
