"It took a month to come out, but he answered all of the questions that we had. His prices were reasonable. He did it nickel and dimes. He was very responsive. When we had a problem he would come out right away or he would send somebody that in authority that work form because he has like a general form and that kind of handle some of the jobs. We got the roofing done probably in October last fall. It was a different crew that did the windows. The windows we finalized everything in October. There was just a lot of little details about how you're going to handle it, how you're going to handle that. But the windows they started in December and I want to say they finished the last bit of it probably in the beginning of February. There was a lot windows, 29. When there were something that we were questioning or that we weren't too happy about that he would come and resolve the issue right away. He was very responsive, very professional and very personable. My husband is so happy with them that we are going to start a garage addition this fall, and he didn't even ask for a price ahead of time or even considered getting another price. He just said, "We'll call Brian and we'll work out with him how we are going to do this". Plus, on the roofing, they were so neat about it. They were very neat and very respectful of the spaces and everything, but the roofing, they did such a neat clean job cleaning it up. I know it was a little hard because it was snowing on the ground that time, that our neighbors across the street said, "We really like them. Who did your roofing? We're going to call them". It was noticeable how they tried to accommodate us in any way that they could. We were very happy with them. We are going to use them in the future."
