It was a complete gut job for a 1969 colonial in Wayland we wanted to living dining and kitchen and incorporate a large island and completely remodeled 2.5 baths. Tony (the owner) showed up very prepared and spent over 2 hours taking measurements and going over our needs. A week later he delivered very detailed plans for the kitchen and all the baths which we absolutely loved! We knew we had a winner at that point. He was very creative how he came up with a 5 foot T island and took advantage of every single inch. The level of service and response that we received is very impressive we must have exchanged a few thousand emails between June and Nov until the project was complete. Tony was there every time we have a question. We wanted something custom and high quality so we can enjoy it for a long time...what's even better the prices where very reasonable almost similar to Home Depot higher end line frameless cabinets but Prestige service, design and products are way superior. It's is encouraging to see people who take their job so serious Tony and prestige kitchen excesses our expectation by a mile! I would give 7 stars. Thank you Tony."

"I just love these guys. They've installed a new pump, fixed a broken water line, and repaired coroded parts for us over the last 20 years and they've always been terrific. By that I mean they either answer the phone right away or return your call promptly. They respond quickly if it's an emergency and show up when they say they will whether it is an emergency or not. And when they do show they are ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND AFFORDABLE. I can't think of a single reason to ever call anyone else!"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"Bob and his crew are true professionals. We've had water issues in the lower level of our raised ranch/garage side since we purchased the property a few years ago. We brought in several basement waterproofing companies for quotes and were feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of work most companies were proposing. In comes Global. Bob met with us (on time) and proposed a system that was very simple and straight-forward. He drew up the plans and quoted me a price on-site during our consultation. To our surprise, not only was the system comparable in terms of specs, performance and warranty to the competition, but it was half the average price of his competitors. I also didn't require things such as busting up our driveway, having to tie into city drainage, or mandatory regular service from the installer in order to keep the warranty. Bob and crew showed up on time the day the job was scheduled for and got right to work. They had everything installed and wrapped up about 3 hours ahead of what they originally quoted. Everything was left clean and neat and looked great. Bob went over everything in detail before leaving and made sure we were happy with the work. Best of all, everything is nice and dry! We look forward to having them back to install a patio for us, too. Give Global a chance and I doubt you'll be disappointed!"

"I was impressed with Wind River immediately - they were responsive and accommodating, finding an appointment on a day that worked for me. James (I think that was his name!) arrived punctually. Having only owned the home for two years, I had never had the tank pumped and, therefore, didn't know where to show him to access the tank. He located it in less than a minute and got to work. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I chose Wind River due to the excellent reviews on Angie's List and their fair pricing. "It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
