The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! Please thank the crew again for us."

They also helped me along the way to deal with my insurance company which initially denied my claim. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten my roof covered without their help. They were very friendly, down-to-earth, courteous, accommodating, and fast to respond. My entire roof got and skylight got replaced in just one day, and it looks perfect."

Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out. The crews that work for them, that did our siding and roof and windows were all very pleasant and they also did a great job cleaning up."
