"Steve was great to work with and gave us a great price compared to other contractors. His crew was very meticulous and exact and cleaned up every day. The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! "Kerry and Adam, were great to work with. They always called back with any questions we had and were very pleasant. We had hail twice in one year August and October. Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out. The crews that work for them, that did our siding and roof and windows were all very pleasant and they also did a great job cleaning up."

"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

"Anthony was on top of the entire project and kept us informed of the entire process. Anthony called ahead to inform us when the dumpster and materials would be delivered a couple of days before the job was supposed to start and when his crew found that the decking on my house needed to be replaced, Anthony contacted our insurance company and got it replaced without any extra work on our part. Anthony's crew replaced the entire roof and four skylights in less than two days. Anthony even came to our house on three separate occasions to run a magnet over our landscape to make sure there were no nails or material left behind that could cause a problem down the road.
