"I personally don’t write a review and I also never have Carl works on my floor. The reason I wrote this because I was new to this app and was in the wrong section. I was supposed to be under the installed not the refinished ;) Carl called me right away and make sure I was under the right section and able to find what I’m looking for. Never have him fix my floor (I can’t say if he is good or bad at his job) , but I can tell that this person take his job very serious and care about his customers. If I need to refinishing my wood floor, I would definitely take a chance and definitely HIRE him. Thank, Carl!!"

"Silvino did a great job with my two projects, bathroom tiling and kitchen backsplash install. He was prompt with estimation and diligent about keeping dust in confined space and cleaning up daily. For the bathroom, he had to remove the old tiles and install the new ones. It was very well done. With the kitchen backsplash, we started out using the wrong color grout. He was patient and did as much cleaning as possible to wipe them down, and even redid some of them so I could have my desired look. He may not be the best communicator in the world, but he is responsible and does good work with very reasonable pricing. I will hire him again."

"First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. Steve, Erik and Larry were just great. They removed our old carpeting and pad. They installed our laminate flooring. They did a wonderful job. Just beautiful. They were on time and cleaned up upon completion. They even stayed late (Friday afternoon) to help us move our heavy furniture. Very much appreciated.
