He even installed the tile in the direction that was requested (diamond pattern without hesitation). He updated the electrical and installed the exhaust fan correctly (previously was not). "We have had three homes between 2001 and 2021 and have used Moore Home Remodeling to remodel numerous times. (3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a family room, a deck and numerous smaller projects) Brent and his team have consistently done an outstanding job. They have a great eye for design and pay close attention to the small details of each project. We have trusted them to do several of the projects while we have been out of town on vacation and have returned to wonderfully remodeled rooms. On one occasion they worked with me to complete a surprise garage cabinet installation project for my husband's birthday, finding affordable cabinets, ordering them and arranging to come over and complete the installation while we were away so that it would be the first thing he saw when he opened the garage. They maintain contact with us throughout the project to keep us up to date on how things are going and keep the work area as clean as possible during the remodel. They have periodically noticed other issues within the home that needed to be addressed, such as a poor wiring job done by a previous contractor, and will point it out to us and make suggestions for repairs when needed. "It all started when I made my down payment. It said I would be contacted in 1-2 business days but I never heard from them and had to contact them a week later. Responsiveness to texts and calls was poor. I often had to try a second time and sometimes third. It took a good bit of time (a month)just for them to even get out to measure (which took about 5 min- and I am roughly 1 mile from them). My railings were installed about 5 weeks later. They look good BUT there is a lot of play & looseness in them. (I was shown some play in the left railing but the right was worse and was still being installed.) It was also pointed out to me today that it may mot be up to code. (Although- he did give me a $50 credit for the delays) I plan on contacting them tomorrow to see what can be done. I just wonder about those 5 star reviews and no others."
