Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. Will consider hiring again for future projects."

"From start to finish A Better Roofing company was outstanding. One of the few companies I've spoken to that hasn't exaggerated on work or used scare tactics. They were honest from the beginning with a price around half of the next cheapest bid with the same materials. We had a fair amount of mold and wood rot on our decking so most of the plywood needed replacing. Alan didn't try to make the damage seem worse than it was and gave us a very reasonable estimate on new plywood. One of the guys from a different company was offering to buy me a beer because the mold was "sooo severe" and he was sorry for me. Alan gave us a recommendation on a mold company who actually ended up saying it wasn't too bad. The roof replacement itself was great. The workers were nice, respectful and really fast. I have a friend that used to do roofing that commented on how impressed he was with their attention to detail. The workers cleaned everything up meticulously without leaving any nails, staples or other materials in the lawn. Next time I need a roof, I won't hesitate to call them."

CJ and Neil are an excellent team and did not disappoint us, very responsive and strive really hard to beat the customer expectations. Jose and his crew did a really good job, especially paying great attention to daily cleanups etc. We selected the LandMark Pro option from Certainteed. We are really happy with the end result and given the long warranty, hoping that we never have to call them again :-)"

If I sell my home the new owner can be transfered in this warranty. The bid includes: up to 5 sheets plywood replaced; Tiger paw roof deck protection; all vents replaced with quality metal vents; Storm guard leak barrier; Corbra snow country roof ridge vent (this benefits the life of your roof and replaces all roof vents except for exaust vents). Timberline shingles including roof ridge and flashing for all edges and gutters. I also added Leaf relief gutter protection to the bid. The work: tear down, plywood repair and installing all roofing products were complete in one day. The next day Mike came by to install the leaf relief gutter protecters and do a final walk through/ review of the work. Mike then did a final yard walk through to pick up any small debris left in the yard from the day before. He handed my GAF warranty which he registerd for me and it's all done. This is a professional job and all the neighbors want to know who did the work because the roof really stands out on the steet I live on. the final price is exactly what the bid was for. I would like to add the bid was $5,000-$7,000 less than other bids, so the price was reasonable.
