One said without looking that based on the year the existing roof was put on I did indeed needed a roof. He sent a brochure and left it at that. When I called Dave Wakins, he came the same day to inspect the roof and said the roof indeed needed replacement due to hail damage and was able to find the date the hail storm came through. He took photos and prepared an insurance claim. The claim was thorough enough that there was no debate with the insurance company. My tenants were on vacation and I asked Dave to replace the roof while they were gone, just over 1 week from the first contact. He was done by the requested date. "John Bates responded as soon as I went looking for a roofing company. We did not know what bad shape our roof was in. We could not have asked for anyone better than John and his roofing crew. They worked in the cold of December to make sure we were well taken care of. They worked with our insurance company to insure we got the best shingles and other materials and that everything was installed to perfection. "I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed,fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal"
