Northpoint offers Free Roof Inspections to determine if your roof is in need of just a few repairs or a full roof replacement. Our consultants are fully trained on what to look for and will leave with you a full color print out of the condition of your roof. We can even help you work with you insurance company. Cardinal Roofing’s full roof replacements meet or exceed all local building codes and manufacturer’s installation requirements. Additionally, we go above and beyond what is required by the shingle manufacturer and local code, by using one nail more per shingle than is required, up to six (6). "0/5 star rating. Please do not use this company for your HVAC issues. I have had them at my house 5 (that’s correct, FIVE) times in the last two months. Each time they said it was a different problem with my hvac unit and charged me every time. The third technician CURSED like a sailor the entire time and told me that he hated having to work on my hvac unit because he was not supposed to be assigned to my house that day. That same technician has caused water damage in my ceiling from him not installing the part correctly (I found 7 screws and other parts that he did not reinstall along with a gash in the ductwork). Now I have to get the drywall replaced and painted. From the office staff all the way to the managers….please do not use this company. It has been a true nightmare"
