"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. "I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. "This is a follow up to my 2016 review for August Roofing. The roof to our 12 unit condo complex was redone in 2016 by August, which installed a new silicone roof coating. Since then, we've had a few leak issues or where the coating peeled away, but August was always responsive. In particular, Javier Carillo was our contact person and was always very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really tried to address our problems, even when he and I figured out that one of our leaks was due to a faulty air conditioning installation, not a roofing issue."
