"Our HOA hired Gary Nolder to repair and renovate our 2BR 1BA unit that had succumbed to uneven flooring over the years and a flooded kitchen. From the start, Gary seemed perfect, attentive and detailed with great designs. However the second he received the money is when the problems. Coordinating with Gary became slower due to his frequent vacations and inability to get ahold of him several times over 3 months. We had to reach out to his subcontractors and he scolded us for doing this! The cardinal sin is that Gary's team either purposely choose to not level the flooring substrate by simply adding new subfloor on-top of the old structurally problematic base, which would have kept the problem unresolved! We and our HOA ended up breaking ties and cutting our losses with him, very sad because we lost countless weeks with him. We don't recommend Gary to anyone."

Mike worked me into his schedule and I was able to have an Air Quality test and Mold Inspection on the next business day. Mike and his son were thorough. They checked from floor to ceiling and the ceiling, as well. The basement has several rooms and they inspected each one. They explained what they were doing and what would need to be done for the mold remediation. As soon as the Air Quality results were back, Mike made sure he emailed me it to me promptly.
